These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on Displaylager.eu.
Displaylager.eu sells to both private consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
During checkout, you must select whether you are shopping as:
Private customer
Business customer
Prices will be displayed accordingly:
Private customers: prices incl. VAT
Business customers: prices excl. VAT (where applicable)
For deliveries outside Denmark, VAT handling follows EU and international VAT rules.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified. Prices may also be displayed in the currency of your selected country.
VAT is charged according to:
Your customer type (private or business)
Your delivery country
Applicable EU VAT regulations
Displaylager.eu reserves the right to:
Correct typographical or pricing errors
Cancel orders placed at clearly incorrect prices
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 CET are usually dispatched the same day.
Estimated delivery time:
EU countries: 2–5 working days
Outside EU: depends on destination
Delivery time is calculated from receipt of print-ready PDF:
Posters & roll-ups (under 1.5 m): 3–5 working days
Large roll-ups, flags, textile prints: 7–10 working days
Alubond boards & foil: 5–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Faster delivery may be possible by prior agreement.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on:
Destination country
Order value
Weight and size
Shipment type (parcel or pallet)
Shipping method
In rare cases, shipping costs may require manual adjustment. Customers will be notified before dispatch.
Delivery times may be affected by customs, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Smaller shipments: GLS or equivalent international courier
Pallet shipments: international freight carriers
If you request delivery without signature, this is at your own risk.
For delivery to remote or non-standard locations, please contact customer service before ordering.
We accept the following payment methods:

Invoice (approved business customers)
EAN invoice (public institutions)
Bank transfer
Bank transfer payments are not covered by chargeback schemes.
Standard products: charged upon dispatch
Printed/custom-made products: charged immediately
For card payments, the amount may be reserved by your bank until:
The payment is captured, or
The reservation expires according to your bank’s policies
Displaylager.eu does not control reservation periods.
All goods remain the property of Displaylager.eu until full payment has been received.
We provide a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This warranty does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults not caused by misuse or normal wear.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your goods.
You must notify us before the deadline via:

You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Estimated return costs:
Parcel shipments: up to €100
Oversized or pallet goods: up to €150
No automatic right of withdrawal applies.
Returns may be accepted only by prior agreement and are subject to return transport costs and a handling fee of 15%.
Returns sent without prior notice may be refused.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Printed products
Custom-made or personalized items
Products manufactured to specific dimensions or designs
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving:
The returned goods, or
Proof of return shipment
Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Displaylager.eu cannot be held liable for:
Force majeure events
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may submit a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

All agreements are governed by Danish law.
